Establishing a good fit between The Gap Partnership and potential employees is vital to ensuring we can successfully work together to exceed our client’s expectations. Our assessment process is as much about you getting to know us as it is about us getting to know you.  There are a number of stages to our assessment, giving you the opportunity to learn more about what we do our culture and the role you have applied for. You will be assigned a contact who will take you through the process and tell you what to expect at each stage. 


We are experiencing rapid growth as a business, and as a result are always recruiting for Negotiation Consultants across the globe. We often have more than one role available per job ad below.

The Process

Initial Screening

Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by a member of the Talent team who will assess your experience against the role.

Interview


If you are shortlisted for the role, you will be invited to take part in an interview. Our interviews are a combination of competency based and cultural fit assessments, carried out by a member of our team. This is your opportunity to really get to know our business, the team and the role, so we welcome your questions. 


Due to the nature of some of our opportunities, you may be asked to complete a psychometric test after you attend your first interview.

Final Assessment


In the final stage of our assessment process, you will be asked to create and deliver a presentation. For some roles, you will also be required to complete a skills-based test. 

If you are successful, you will meet with key people within the business, including your Leadership team member.
