The Complete Skilled Negotiator Programme is our flagship Workshop. A three and a half-day residential workshop offering the most comprehensive negotiation development solution for up to 8 delegates.

The Complete Skilled Negotiator provides the ultimate in negotiation skills development and tangible measurement of performance for 3 months after the workshop.

What makes the programme unique is the spectrum of approaches to negotiation. It also provides the psychology which influences behaviour and demonstrates how to negotiate from inside the other parties head.

Each individual receives comprehensive feedback. Following the workshop, each delegate receives a personal report and development plan. The outcome is measured and evaluated.

We feedback to sponsors on workshop evaluation and performance evaluation. For in-house courses, we then offer a coaching day on site for all 8 delegates and we deliver a one day follow up workshop 3-4 months later.
