How do I get the benefits of eGap?

How do I log in to eGap?

To log in to eGap you need to click on the 'eGap Login' button and enter you email address and password.

If you are a new user to eGap, you need to select the 'Register' button and enter your 'Registration Code'. This can be found in your joining instructions under the eGap user guide section.

Where do I find my Registration code to register on eGap?

If you are a new delegate attending one of our workshops, you will find your registration code in your joining instructions under the eGap user guide section.

I have registered with eGap before but cannot remember my password - can you give this to me?

No.  Our constant and consistent endeavours to promote and improve security within all our information systems, means that members of the Client Services Team can no longer access your passwords.  If you have forgotten your password, go to the eGap Login button in the top right hand corner of your screen and select the 'forgotten password' link. You will be promoted to enter your email address and answer to your security question. An email will be sent to your email account with a temporary password.

I have selected 'Forgotten Password' and followed the steps, but have not received an email?

Please check your spam filters, as these emails can sometimes be stopped by company filters. If after an hour you have still not received the email, please contact our Client Services Team on +44 (0)1442 291900.

What do I do if I change companies?

You will need to send an email stating your name, old and new email addresses and the name of both companies to eGap@thegappartnership.com.

Where do I find the 'pre-workshop Information and Objectives' and 'Negotiation Profiler'?

Once you have logged in to eGap, you need select the 'My Profile' button, which open a drop down menu. Click on the links for 'Pre-workshop Information and Objects' and 'Negotiation Profiler' and follow the steps outlined in your eGap user guide.

I do not have time to complete the necessary information on eGap, will this effect my participation in the workshop?

Yes.  This information supplies the Tutor with invaluable details regarding the objectives you need to meet as a result of your attendance to the workshop.  The details you provide when registering with this system mean that the programme can be tailored to your needs.  Completing the relevant sections does not take long and a member of staff from The Gap Partnership is always available should you require assistance.
