Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by a member of the Talent team who will assess your experience against the role.
If you are shortlisted for the role, you will be invited to take part in an interview. Our interviews are a combination of competency based and cultural fit assessments, carried out by a member of our team. This is your opportunity to really get to know our business, the team and the role, so we welcome your questions.
Due to the nature of some of our opportunities, you may be asked to complete a psychometric test after you attend your first interview.
In the final stage of our assessment process, you will be asked to create and deliver a presentation. For some roles, you will also be required to complete a skills-based test.
If you are successful, you will meet with key people within the business, including your Leadership team member.
