The Strategic Negotiator Workshop

The Strategic Negotiator Workshop is our progressive workshop for experienced negotiators. A two day workshop offering those who have completed the The Complete Skilled Negotiator Programme chance to consolidate and advance their strategic thinking in negotiation.

Intensive, complex business simulations provide an in-depth environment, for up to 6 or 12 delegates, in which to practise and refresh.

Many groups consider this rewarding workshop highly conducive to team building and development, with the chance to work on specific real life strategies.

You will be able to:

  • Understand the characteristics associated with different types of negotiations.
  • Prepare real life strategies which can be implemented in current and future negotiations.
  • Use planning processes for constructing multi-level negotiation strategies.
  • Use tactical tools for constructing proposals managing risk.
  • Understand how power serves to determine strategic options.
  • Practise planning for, and managing through, multi-issue negotiations.
  • Work with greater productivity and efficiency in negotiation teams.
  • Manage through a range of negotiations, analysing the planning, progress and outcomes, using the strategic tools provided.
  • Apply negotiation strategic process tools to manage negotiations more effectively.
  • Develop your own strategies linked to real issues.

Attended by a range of individuals from across different organisations (no more than 3 attendees from any one company).
