Workshop outline

This is an intensive two-day residential practical workshop
based on extensive case studies and video analysis designed to
maximise your learning potential.
The learning framework is split between Planning and Performing.
The importance of planning in a negotiation is widely
underestimated, and therefore crucial to learn at the outset of any
negotiation development programme.
You will have the opportunity to set personal objectives at the
beginning of the workshop and continually measure progress against
milestones throughout your experience.
