For many attendees The New Negotiator is their first experience of formal negotiation skills development. The insights and personal awareness they take from the workshop provide a solid foundation on which to perform. The New Negotiator is for those who are responsible for gaining agreement yet carry limited levels of authority. Attendees learn to tailor their negotiation behaviours to different negotiating scenarios - and are provided with a planning toolkit to help manage their negotiations back on the job.

Whether you attend a single company in-house workshop, or an open version with attendees from other organisations, your workshop will be run by a highly experienced  Gap Partnership negotiation consultant, over an intensive two day period.  Even if you have attended other negotiation training or negotiation courses that are marketed as entry level – we’re sure you’ll find The Gap Partnership’s approach to be unique.

Who should attend?
