Our purpose is to enable people to reach their potential. We work with global and local charities that give teenagers and young adults opportunities to realise their goals. Recently we partnered with a Mexican charity to provide scholarships for children who would otherwise have had to leave school. To find out more, watch our short film. Internal Communications Manager
Kat started her career in the television industry as a post-production supervisor, traveling the world producing various genres of shows. She joined The Gap Partnership in 2016 and is now our internal communications manager. In this role Kat keeps our global teams engaged and informed ensuring effective communications. Kat has four girls and Juno the dog, and in her spare time loves walking, traveling and playing sport.
Head Of Consulting FMCG
Vince is an experienced management consultant, having worked for over 29 years in the FMCG sector where he gained expertise in complex negotiations. He joined the business in 2017 and now heads up consulting for FMCG, advising on negotiation strategies for sales, procurement and trade unions. Vince lives in Suffolk with his wife, 3 children, 2 golden retrievers and a flock of chickens who provide fresh eggs daily. Aside from this, Vince’s passion is for rugby and rock music, and he regularly attends matches and gigs.
Senior Consultant and Sales Director (DACH & EE)
Diana joined The Gap Partnership in 2013 and has held various sales roles, as well as working as a negotiation consultant, which saw her supporting clients with their negotiations and developing their capabilities. She takes huge pride in what she and her team deliver for clients, helping them create incremental, measurable value and be more successful in their careers. Diana admits however that her expertise in commercial negotiation doesn’t always translate when it comes to dealing with requests from her young son.
APAC Finance Manager
Cham joined The Gap Partnership in 2015 as a Finance Executive in the UK, supporting operational improvement within the global finance team. In 2019 he relocated to Hong Kong as the APAC Finance Manager to help implement efficient processes in the ANZ and Asia team. Cham is a keen football fan, and in his free time enjoys having a kickabout. He has also recently developed a passion for flying and has begun studying training manuals with a view to earning his private pilot licence.
Senior Consultant and Client Director
Adam joined The Gap Partnership in 2017 as UK sales consultant, with a goal to develop the region’s business development. He set about putting our clients at the forefront of his mind while creating a brand image that reflected our core values. In 2019 Adam relocated to Hong Kong to continue that work in Asia. Adam loves the opportunity for travel in his career, which alongside rugby is one of his passions. Adam is also an avid writer of articles and poems, and is working on his first novel.
Senior Negotiation Consultant, Americas
Marcos is a senior consultant at The Gap Partnership and partners with clients to develop solutions to strategic commercial challenges. Through his experience working directly with market leading FMCG companies and advising Fortune 500 organisations, he has developed deep domain experience in FMCG negotiation challenges. Marcos is passionate about negotiation and incorporates his interests in history, game theory, and psychology to broaden his perspective on the topic. Away from work, Marcos enjoys hiking and cooking for friends and family.
After gaining a degree in business administration and a masters in innovation management, Marc began his career in procurement in the oil and gas industry. He held numerous positions across various areas including upstream projects, upstream wells, downstream refining, and downstream retail. Marc joined The Gap Partnership in 2017 and is now a senior consultant, supporting numerous clients across a range of industry sectors. Marc has a love of traveling, having lived in the Netherlands, Brazil, USA, Taiwan and Dubai. He is also a keen amateur chef.
Principal Consultant, Retail
Since joining The Gap Partnership in 2018, Serena leads the US retail team, which sees her leveraging her dozen years of retail industry experience. She is intimately familiar with the intricacies in the evolving retail landscape and remains passionately driven to maximise client value through creative solutions and behavioural development. Practicing what she advises, Serena flexes her negotiation skills through bartering for souvenirs in one of the 35 countries she’s toured. She also enjoys negotiating curvy country roads on her motorcycle, affectionately named Ron Burgundy.
Senior Client Manager
Kelly joined The Gap Partnership in 2018 and has enjoyed every minute working with her team, who describes as an amazing group of individuals. Kelly is enormously proud of the work she does and finds it extremely rewarding to hear how The Gap Partnership can change individuals’ ways of working. Outside of work Kelly is the proud mother of a baby boy who keeps her on her toes. And while she claims to be a novice, Kelly enjoys the rush of barreling down the ski slopes and can't wait for her son to join the family tradition.
Senior Client Manager
Anuradha looks after our strategic client portfolio in Asia and leads the operations team, who are instrumental in the efficient delivery of our services to our clients. Anu is curious to learn and understand how to better support the community through our negotiation solutions. In her spare time, Anu enjoys spontaneous hikes over the weekends and creating Bollywood dance routines. Anu has also recently gained a passion for cooking, and is always on the lookout for a new recipe to try.
Lead Consultant, Retail
Freddy's career spans multiple roles in the public and private sectors, employee relations, M&A and unions both in the UK and globally. Educated in the field of psychology, he specialised in occupational applications, human behaviour and body language. A keen rugby player, Freddy coaches and sits on the board of two charities. He also practices two martial arts When not at work Freddy enjoys spending his time with his young family and dog. His favourite drink is an Old Fashioned.
