Ardagh Group Webinar Series: Gender in negotiation

This webinar presents the findings of The Gap Partnership's research that posed the question, "Do men and women negotiate differently?", and promises to offer insight, analysis, and learnings for all negotiators.

In 2020 The Gap Partnership undertook a global survey and asked a simple question: "Do men and women negotiate differently?” The responses from professionals around the world highlighted some fascinating gender differences. In this webinar negotiation expert Esther Shearwood will present the results of their research and will offer insight, analysis and learnings for all negotiators.

This is an ideal refresher for those who have been on a workshop run by The Gap Partnership, as well as those who are new to our philosophy but want to learn some key negotiation principles.
