Resolve to be a more effective negotiator in 2017 by adopting The Gap Partnership’s “Three New Year’s Negotiation Resolutions”. 

“New Year, New You!” 

This strapline is the inspiration for many resolutions in January designed to make you fitter, healthier or to become a better person. 

When I came back to work last week, my inbox was bursting with adverts and stories of how I can become leaner and better in 2017. They inspired me to consider what negotiators should resolve to change this year to be more effective. I took inspiration from what our clients request most frequently and created:
