The purpose of this session is to introduce participants to the Negotiation Clockface and the Negotiation Headboard. It is suitable as on ramp to The Gap Partnership tactical methodology or as a refresher for those who have attended a The Gap Partnership's program already.

The Negotiation Clockface - has served as a roadmap for fortune 500 FTSE companies since the 90's and will allow a negotiator to navigate and determine the type of Negotiation scenario in which they find themselves and to help them to choose the appropriate behavioural strategy for that scenario.

The Headboard - Helps negotiators to begin to value the deal from inside the head of the other party. All to often negotiators exclusively value a deal for their point of view and fail to understand the relative importance of variables for inside the counterparties head - this is where the real value lies.
